5 min phone call was all it took. Got a good deal, and everything that was promised was delivered. The car was dirty when it arrived but that's expected for a cross country open transport. The driver was nice and communication was clear, open & honest. Would like to see a live tracker or updates though! Overall, was dreading the experience, came out delighted!
