I was going to drive across until my friend who used uship before persuaded me to consider uship. The entire process was awesome and smooth. After I selected the carrier and I got a call to inform me that the driver/truck is being looked for. Then promptly after I had a call from the truck driver directly. Because I live on a hill I didnt mind coming downtown San Francisco where the truck waited to drop off my car. The driver was very polite and very quick. He was in touch with me his entire trip and allowed me to change the drop off location because the original drop off had a gate. Not to mention, he actually brought the car to me (as I was at a hotel). So the entire experience felt like it was only my car they/driver were working with. All was done on time and on budget. I liked it and will recommend to others.
