I called to change my earliest available pickup day from 12/3 to 12/2. When the driver called on the 3rd, he said he tried to call me on the 1st even though I said the car would be available for pickup on the 2nd in the afternoon.. He also said he was in the area and could have picked up the car on the afternoon of the 2nd. He rescheduled the pickup for the morning of the 4th, which turned out fine. I'm not complaining, since the car was picked up only 1 or 2 days late and delivered on time, but the communication could be improved between the broker, the trucking company and the local driver who made the pickup. All in all, I thought the service and price was great and I gave 5 stars.
