Montway customer service was excellent. Every time I called they were on their game. The delays in shipping were due to the sub-contracted carrier with two breakdowns. The actual carrier was very meticulous and careful with this truck so I can't bang on them too hard. When you are expecting delivery and it keeps getting pushed out further it becomes aggravating. I would use Montway again without hesitation. All the Montway reps I worked with on the phone were great and hold time was minimal. Thank you all for the help.
