I selected/was offered open transport to save on costs. Quote was $680, paid upfront. I established pickup (available) date for Jan 15, they picked my vehicle up on Jan 17. Vehicle was delivered in 2 days. Perfect condition, door to door service- Nevada to Texas, no hassle.
BONUS: even though I paid for open transport (for budget reasons) I ended up getting enclosed, pure luck based on availability I suppose... but that to me is a FREE UPGRADE and it was a very nice surprise! No extra charges later, no phone calls or any annoying soliciting crap. I hate filling out surveys, but figured I would do it, since they can help others like they helped me. Highly recommended, based on my customer experience with them.
