We had to drop off our vehicle due to the many viaducts at our pick up destination which was not the drivers fault. But he dropped off our vehicle in a timely matter right at the door of our drop off destination. Car was dirty which is understandable it's an open carrier. Overall I would definitely use this company again!!!! Eric was so kind and had the answer for every question I had!!
