I hired Montway Auto Shipping, which in turn hired Rise Auto Shipping. Rise was a disaster from start to finish. The driver did not speak English well and did not know where he was going. Then his truck broke down. I can accept a weather delay, but there was NO contact and NO communication. The company did NOT return phone calls and messages. They never informed me of the reasons for the delay. Finally I contacted Montway, which went into action. The car was LATE arriving and the only reason it arrived at all was because I allowed them to drive it to the destination. Their enclosed truck, which I paid a big price for, is still not working. It was an emotionally upsetting experience and I SUGGEST NO ONE USE THIS COMPANY.
