This was my first time needing to transport my truck anywhere, and it just happened to be from the east coast all the way to the west coast. Montway was very pleasant and easy to work with through this experience. The communication about pickup, transit and delivery were exceptional. The drivers were even very nice to work with, and made themselves personally available by cell phone. I received phone calls from dispatch hours before my pickup/drop off time, as well as calls from the drivers as they neared the destinations. I would highly recommend Montway Auto Transport to anyone needing to ship their vehicle. Top notch customer service and communication all the way!
