Was given a 5 day pickup window, but the truck came the very next day. Truck driver was very nice and communicative. Loading process went smoothly. Delivery was done within 3 days of pickup. Condition of the car was the same when it was picked up to when it was delivered with the exception that it got a little dirtier from the trip, but nothing a car wash can't fix. Overall, very happy with how smooth everything went.
