I had no previous experience in shipping a car, but was concerned about transporting it from Florida to Nevada. So I contacted Mayflower and they told me they were affiliated with uShip. I called uShip and their representative explained their services, on-line process and answered my questions. I investigated the customer reviews and found Montway to have shipped the most volume of cars and had the highest customer ratings. I was especially interested in Montway's response during the bidding process. They bid several times, each time reducing their price until they were the low bid, which I accepted. I found the services provided by Montway to be excellent. They were proactive in their communications with me. Their customer service representatives were professional and friendly, as was the driver who delivered the car. The car was picked-up and delivered on-time and only needed a car wash from the trip. I highly recommend uShip and Montway for auto transport. They exceed my expectations!
