Overall, a very positive experience. I made the booking via uShip in the afternoon and listed the pickup date as "ASAP" figuring it would take a few days anyway, but I needed the car taken off my hands. The driver called me at 7:30am the next morning to tell me he was an hour away, which caused some anxiety because I was already at work and busy and unable to leave. Fortunately, my husband was able to change his work day and run home to arrange the car pickup. I was upset that Montway never notified me that a carrier had even been booked, but turned out they did email me but only one hour before the phone call arrived. Not great communication or advanced notice. It was basically luck that we were able to scramble to get the car on the truck "on demand" like that.
The car did arrive on the expected date and no damage was reported.
