Montway definitely knows where their towel is (Hitchhikers guide to the galaxy reference). It means they have their act together.
The price was better than almost all other bids. Communication exceeded expectations. Michael did a great job of explaining the process/procedure and setting my expectations perfectly. I never had to ask a question about anything. Security, safety, delivery, driver communication. He covered it all up front and the whole deal went exactly as described.. in fact... even better. "Setting Expectations" is my number 1 mantra in customer service. Montway got an A+ in that regard.
