The service was amazing. I placed the order for my vehicle transport on Sunday and they had my vehicle picked up on Tuesday from Atlanta, GA. I had asked for immediate transport and I could not have been happier on the prompt pick-up. The delivery took 8 days and I received my car in Seattle WA the next Wednesday. They do say door-to-door delivery but I lived in downtown Seattle and they could not get the big carrier truck to come to my apartment building so they gave me a delivery address near my home address, which is fine I guess. There were some issues with the delivery guy giving me the wrong address and then blaming me for noting down the address wrong. As a result I ended up travelling a lot more to pick up my car and the delivery guy was kind of pissed at me for making him wait an extra 15-20 minutes. which is probably more the mistake of the carrier guys. But on the whole, my car was delivered without any damages or scratches and I would definitely recommend Montway.
