The pickup time was not locked down until the third business day, but then it unexpectedly arrived the very next day (estimate had been three days from pickup). It was clear that Montway was doing everything they could to move things along quickly, but it definitely involved a healthy amount of flexibility. Every time I called for an update I spoke to a live person without having to go through a long automated menu and each person I spoke with was friendly and helpful. The dispatcher they found was great! They dropped it off at my work and since they transported it with the keys in the ignition they gave it a jump since the battery had died. Friendly and accomodating.
