Great Service from Montway and their Subcontractor

When I read the Montway reviews prior to shipping my vehicle I was sure that I wanted to use them for my auto transport. When I contacted them to discuss the transport of my vehicle, I was a bit concerned when they told me that a subcontractor would actually be used to transport my vehicle. They assured me that their contractors operated to their strict standards and that Montway remained responsible for the shipment of my vehicle. When I agreed to contract with Montway the subcontractor (Cypress Auto Transport) contacted me right away to share with me how and when my vehicle would be delivered to 29 Palms, CA. Montway and Cypress kept me apprised of vehicle delivery status throughout the shipment. The vehicle arrived on time and in great condition, along with the items that I had placed in the vehicle. I will definitely use Montway again to transport my vehicle. This was a very professional and well executed experience. Their subcontractor also conducted business in a similar manner. Thanks so much Montway and Cypress!!
