Mary contacted me to let me know the pickup date for the car. I then called her back to ensure the request for top load was received as I didn't see it on the original paperwork (I missed clicking the box for that request and had to add it later). She ensured me they got the request for the top load, and noted that it was a convertible. She also sensed my nervousness about the pickup and offered to call me to let me know when the car was loaded. She then called me Saturday to confirm that a pickup time of Monday morning worked for my schedule and confirmed a drop-off point with a large parking lot near my house. Sunday night we talked again, and Monday morning she called 30 minutes before their expected arrival at the drop-off point. Driver Bobby and assistant Gayle shared in our excitement over the car and reminded us to be mindful that other drivers in a parking lot often aren't watching for bystanders near a car transport truck.
