I was so nervous about shipping my car. I had a terrible experience previously with a different company who didn't understand that I couldn't drop everything and leave work to be at my house to allow him to pick up.

Montway Transport's communication was absolutely amazing, sending regular updates about where they were and how soon they'd be at the house. They called to let me know that the car was coming a few days early. On drop off day, they were supposed to text me an hour before they arrived and they actually did, staying in contact via text even when they hit a little traffic.

The drivers were courteous, friendly and went the extra mile to jump start my car a second time after they dropped it off so I could pull it into the garage. If I find myself in a position to ship a car again, I won't bother to look elsewhere ... I'll simply book Montway again. They were top notch!
