Overall there were no major issues. My concerns are:

- For the pickup, we were told that the driver would give us 24 hours notice but instead he only gave us 1 hour!!! Luckily we could accommodate this unexpected change. This is not acceptable!

- Instead of having different phone numbers to call, I would prefer one number that will automatically direct me to the appropriate person based on were we are in the process.

- Relying on emails for communication is OK but in the case of transportation, an app would be more efficient. It would allow all parties to be in contact, to get estimates on pick-up, delivery, etc.
