If not for the great price I received I would likely not use this company again for transport nor would I recommend this service to others. Throughout the entire process I felt like there were constant unnecessary obstacles to overcome and, in hindsight, I wish I would have paid more for superior service elsewhere. Furthermore, I don't appreciate my information being compromised and distributed numerous entities outside my direct agreement with Montway Transport. The driver was very kind but seemed to have no concept of the value of other people's time. My approximately 2pm delivery turned out to be approximately midnight. And by that time my excitement of taking delivery of my brand new truck had thoroughly diminished into a state of fear I had been scammed and would not be receiving actual delivery.
