I've never had to transport a vehicle before (And I hope to never do it again) but Montway made the entire process easy and convenient for me. From the minute they contacted me on uShip, we were able to negotiate a price, hash out the details and make sure everything went smoothly. I had to change my estimated pick up date twice, and they were easy to reach via phone and very friendly and amenable.
Once a company was assigned, I was able to get in touch with them as well quite easily and stay in contact through the transport process. The only thing I would have liked is for them to initiate the contact regarding my vehicle delivery (I had to call them on the day of the estimated delivery to find out that it was still going to be another day).
The car was in the same condition (albeit a little dirty from the travel, but overall it was fine)

If I ever have to go back to Jersey, I'll be using Montway!
