Booking the service was quick and easy. The estimated pick up date was missed/delayed a few times. When the car was finally picked-up, the process was completed smoothly. Delivery was estimated to be in 3 days. Actual delivery occurred in 2 days. This could have been a problem, but fortunately someone was available on the receiving end to take the car.
