I had an easy time shipping my car from Chicago to San Diego thanks to Montway. They were polite and professional. The transport company they contracted with was also very good. The only hiccup was that I paid Montway an extra $150 to be able to pack my cabin to the level of the windows. A few days before pickup, I checked in with the trucking company to double check that everything was good to go, but they gave me a hard time about this and said it was not possible no way no how. I had to call Montway to get it sorted out, and they did contact the trucking company to set them straight which I appreciated, rather than having me go back and forth between the two companies. I would use Montway again.
