The car came unscathed and in its original condition. However, Montway has little contact with vendor after it subs out the work and asks that the Customer contact the vendor himself. This is fine as I was able to get the information directly from the third party vendor, but that didn't stop the fact that the car came 3 days after the estimate window. The estimate window was between July 22- 25 and the car was delivered on July 28. Additionally, it wasn't exactly door-to-door service. They did come pick up our car but we had to take an Uber to a location 12 miles away to retrieve our car because the transport truck could not fit in our area (understandable). The truck driver did cover the cost of the Uber though, so that was nice. Overall, the service was fine and the car came in the condition we wanted it, but the car was late and Montway didn't do much to help as it's in the hands of the vendor. I would recommend the company as I think as a broker they find decent vendors, but I would suggest that you be flexible and be more hands on thank you'd originally think.
