Overall I'm happy with the service. Customer service of Montway very good. Very quick to reply and to work with me on my requests. Trucking company was a little bit off with the timing. they called me without any pre-notice whatsoever, saying that trucker would have arrived in one hour but he did arrived almost 5 hours later. He could not get to my home because roads were not big enough for the trailer. He parked on a major road and I reached him over-there.
Delivery ok. Delivery was supposed to be on the 29 or 30 of July. I asked for the 30th, but I have been told that actually it wasn't possible. After making arrangements to get to NJ in time for the arrival of the car on the 29th, (no flexibility had been given to me on delivery the car a day later), I called the trucker and he told me that he would have not made it for the 29th...Eventually he made it. Car was in good conditions. Despite a couple of hiccups with the trucking company, nothing major happened and I definitely would suggest Montway to a friend.
