On a Saturday I requested for my car to be picked up the next Friday from Miami, FL to Los Angeles, CA. It was a little bit of a hassle to get in contact with Montway at first (got a confirmation email right away, but no other contact until Tuesday). Upon receiving the email Tuesday prompting me to call in, I did so immediately to have them ask when the latest I would be in Miami would be and if I have a backup plan if they cannot schedule a pickup before I left the area, which obviously left me a little concerned about whether my car would be picked up before I had to leave Miami. I was fairly flexible about when my car could be available so I told them if it helps find a carrier, I can have the car ready by tomorrow (Wednesday). Within 3 or 4 hours, Montway called back to alert me that there was a carrier (John) available that can pick up my car tonight (Tuesday night). In the end, John was very accommodating to come at 9pm to allow me time to get the car ready, he called me minutes after I hung up with Montway, called 30 and 5 minutes before he arrived, and arrived exactly at 9pm. John was very nice, thorough, and put all my concerns about shipping my car for the first time to rest. Picked up on a Tuesday night, arrived at my house in Los Angeles on Sunday morning, no problems at all.

Despite the early concerns, Montway and Continent EXP LLC did a great job and made my move back across the country fairly effortless.
