Montway quickly assigned a driver to ship my car from New York to Seattle, however the driver's truck had mechanical failure before he could pick it up. Montway alerted me immediately and worked to reassign to another driver. I believe the original driver must have completed his repairs in time to finally pick up my car six days later. Everything went smoothly from there on out. The car was delivered two days early from the adjusted date, so all in all this went as well as expected. A big plus was having the car delivered to my door!!! That is new for me... usually I have to meet the driver somewhere. Big compliments to the shipper.
