The car was picked up the second day of my five day window. It was delivered in 3 days (which was one day earlier than my delivery window). It could have been a problem but I had family available to retrieve the car for me. Saved me several hundred $$ in rental cars! The car was well taken care of ... I watched it being loaded. No damage. Courteous service! It was perfect, thanks. : ) The company offered me an incentive to submit this review but I was actually going to the website to give them a great review when I realized they would give me an incentive, so the incentive is a bonus. I would have left exactly the same review. By the way, I searched lots and lots of car delivery services and this was the best price and excellent service.
