I'm very pleased with my experience with Montway shipping a 2002 Honda Accord from New York to San Jose. A customer service representative called me on Labor Day to answer any questions I might have and I decided then and there to go with Montway due to the competitive price, the estimated delivery date, and the excellent customer service. I was not disappointed. The car was picked up on Thursday morning and was delivered on Wednesday afternoon - only six days later - despite the fact that it was a coast-to-coast trip of 3000 miles! The car was handled with care throughout the process. It only took a few minutes of my time to get the car picked up and the driver was very courteous and professional. My son in California had the same experience when he received the car in California. Even though my quote was for an open carrier, the company who handled the shipment took my car to their warehouse in New Jersey where they placed my car in an enclosed carrier which was making a direct trip to California. All this was done at no extra charge to me even though an enclosed carrier usually costs several hundred dollars more than an open carrier. This was the icing on the cake for me. I have no complaints with my whole experience with Montway! If I ever need another car shipped a long distance, there's no question that I'm going to use Montway.
