Got a great initial price by indicating what I was willing to pay. ($300 lower than competitors) However one down side was that the first pickup attempt failed because the dispatcher only gave us 30 minutes notice. Another truck was arranged a few days later, but at an increase of $75. The truck driver was great! Polite and easy to communicate with. A good experience overall.
