Overall the experience was good. I was told the service would be door to door but the driver asked if I could meet him at a nearby auto dealer and then the driver asked me to meet him near his yard/depot at the arrival destination, but he was super friendly and I was happy to help out. It is hard to get a big truck into and around Seattle. Overall job well done.
