Since original trucker backed out (due to broken truck), there was an overall delay of 4 days from the original plan. Big company like Montway should offer monetary compensation in such cases. I didn't have the car with me in Washington as per the original plan. If Montway cannot offer compensation, they should at least offer a loner/rental (charged to Montway).
