I was disappointed in the delay in pickup of the car, which resulted in a corresponding delay in delivery. That being said, once a subcontractor was found to haul the car, that subcontractor did a great job. The driver was very professional and was clearly careful with my car. The car arrived as promised and in the same condition as when it was picked up. The driver did a great job. I give the subcontractor 5 stars across the board.
