I had researched auto transports and selected Montway based on AAA+ rating form BBB. Initial contact and agreed contract for service with Michael I felt confident of my decision to use Montway. Follow up calls from Ina in dispatch started to make me concerned as Montway asked if I would accept a flatbed trailer to pickup that day. I had specifically requested enclosed transport with equipment to haul a low ground clearance vehicle. Montway continued their search and the next day suggested Loose Leaf Transport that did an excellent job. They completed the 240 mile delivery with pick up and delivery the same day. I had concerns due to the nature of never using a car transport company in the past and entrusting a company that I knew nothing about to safely haul my collector car. In the end, Montway and Loose Leaf did a great job in providing the right equipment to transport my low profile vehicle. I would definitely use them again. I did a significant amount of worrying for nothing as the Montway folks set up and provided the quality of service they promised when I contracted with them.
