A day after I booked the order with Montway, they had assigned a carrier and promised to deliver within 3 days (1/16). But due to long weekend I was unable to take the delivery of the car, as I would not be at home, therefore I told them my schedule that I will be only available on 1/18 Wed in NC, and they reassigned the carrier who would deliver the car on Thursday. I booked the order by chatting with an agent online on their site. We do not have share the credit card details with the agent, they send us email and then we register the card and then they do initial charge and rest of the money I had given cash to the driver. Driver was a Russian guy and really nice. I had chosen Montway because they are in top 5 on transportrankings.com and transportreviews.com and by choosing them I feel that I made a right decision. I would recommend Montway. Others promised for 845 on phone but sent a quote of 880 and never replied to email. Montway has good customer service. Thanks
