Montway truly appreciates you taking the time to submit feedback about your experience. Please know that your comments are taken very seriously, as we welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers.
We are completely transparent with our policies of trucker assignment and estimated days. We estimate assigning a carrier within 1 to 5 business days of the first available date the vehicle is ready for pickup. Even though our estimations are highly accurate, just over 95%, we still inform customers we can only provide estimated dates. We want our customers to be clear on these terms so they can make any necessary personal arrangements. Our goal is to transport your vehicle, never to inconvenience our customers in any way. Your first available date from pickup was 1/25/2017. Typically, our customers usually book a few days in advance or more. This gives us time to proactively begin looking for a carrier several days prior to the first available date to better accommodate our customers. You canceled your order with us on the 4th business day. In which we asked that you send in a cancellation email. Cancellation email was sent to us and the ordered was canceled per your request.
Montway most certainly apologizes for the inconveniences. We care about our customers and try to provide the best service possible by being up front and honest about our terms of service.
