They picked up the car within the promised time window. However, the quote for adding personal items was increased by $50 after the carrier was dispatched and the allowed weighted was also halved. At this point, cancellation would have cost $199 since they already dispatched a driver.
However, the driver Rezo was courteous and picked up the car and delivered it on time.
