My overall rating of Montway Auto Transport was a 4 out of 5. They weren't as quick to pick up our car as lead to believe. It also took an extra day to be delivered beyond the quoted estimate. The transport driver failed to reply to any phone calls to check on a delivery date confirmation or progress. I had to call Montway to get any kind of an update on the trucks progress. When we received the car, it had several greasy hand prints on it. There were some paint scratches on it that we didn't notice until we got the car home and gave it a better look over. I would not be afraid to use Montway again but I would also get bids from other carriers.
