The young man who picked up the car was really kind and reassuring as to his interest in the care of my car. I met him at a Mall parking lot and he identified himself, answered any questions and drove me back to my place very cheerfully.I felt all was well. The car was delivered on time and safely.The whole experience was great...

Prior to deciding to send my car in this manner I was very nervous about doing it but this experience was wonderful and definitely will do it again.
