We welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers. Montway depends on responsible customers such as yourself to inform us of their transport experience. Please also note that all service dates in the auto transport industry are only estimated and not guaranteed. Please allow me to explain Montway offers a 1 to 5 business day pickup window from the first available date. This information is provided at the time of booking, listed on our website and all email communications. We ask that every customer and/or potential customer please take the time and review all information on our website to ensure they completely understand our terms prior to booking. We understand that most of our customers have time restraints and although we do our very best to make accommodations we cannot guarantee dates. Unfortunately we cannot control the different factors they may encounter during transit. Records show the order was created on 5/04/2017 a first available date of 5/20/17(Saturday). Montway contacted the customer on 5/29/17(Monday) the 6th business day with an option to transport his vehicle at that point the customer declined and said he wanted to cancel the order. Our goal is to transport your vehicle, never to inconvenience our customers in any way. Please have the customer reach out to us directly with any further questions or comments.
