I had an uncertain date for vehicle pick-up due to my schedule, so I changed the date and pick-up location/contact for three times. The online customer service helped me patiently every time. After I fixed the available date, they didn't contact for a while and just told me they will arrange the shipment a few days before the projected date. I was a bit worried first, but one day before the projected they contacted me for a possible option, and after 3 days, called me again about another option. And the trucker picked up the car 5 days after the projected date. Then after another 4 days, my car is delivered. The overall experience is smooth and professional, and the auto ship company Montway picked is also very professional.
