When I spoke with customer service directly I got great response and I would not hesitate to use Montway Auto Transport if needed again. Next time I will know to use e-mail less and the phone more. When I called to get things moving they got to it right away. They were being very careful to keep to their original cost but time became a higher priority. They had been rejecting truckers that were trying to up the cost. When I communicated that a little more to get there on time would be preferred to a little later they got right on it and in minutes they presented a truckers offer of only $100.00 more that the initial contract and we were on our way. I accepted the new contract and the car was picked up that day. Got to Texas with in one day of the estimate.
