Montway truly appreciates you taking the time to submit a review about your experience. Please know your review is taken very seriously. We welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers. We also appreciate your patience throughout the situation. Montway depends on responsible customers such as yourself to inform us of their transport experience. Please know that the customer reported damage on 5/19/2017. Immediately there was a damage report sent to the carrier letting them know that the customer had reported damage. At that point, our in-house claims department took over and sent over the options to the customer in how we could help with the damage claim. The customer asked us to mediate between him and the carrier. We have presented all the supporting documents to the carrier and he is currently reviewing them. Please have the customer contact his in-house claims agent with any other concerns. Thank you
