Mike the driver was very nice and kept me informed throughout the pickup and delivery process. The only concern that I had was that my car scratched a little bit from the back when he was putting it on his truck but he didn't say anything about it. I checked the scratches upon delivery but didn't want to go through the process of calling the company since the scratches weren't that major. Other than that, wonderful experience.
