Montway truly appreciates this person taking the time to submit a review about this transport experience. Please know your review is taken very seriously. We welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers. After reviewing the order it looks like the person that posted this review is not the same person that placed the order. We reviewed the call that came in for this order and the enclosed hard side lift gate was never mentioned when the order was placed. The person that placed this order did mention that he wanted an enclosed trailer. Therefore that is the way the order was booked. An enclosed transport is just that enclosed. It looks like this transport was shipped in a soft-side enclosed trailer due to the fact it was not requested when the customer placed his order via phone. We are glad that the vehicles were delivered IN EXCELLENT CONDITION with NO DAMAGES at all. Montway stands by its services and will go above and beyond to assist customers if there are any issues. Clearly, in this reported case, the vehicles was delivered fast and safe. We remain in business because we are industry experts transporting over 6,000 vehicles a month and have a network of over 13,000 carriers.
