Montway truly appreciates the customer taking time to write a review about their experience. Whether good or bad we welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers. We do our very best to give the proper due diligence for every claim as we did on this claim. The customer reported damage and our in house claims department immediately assisted the customer with detailed steps in regards to the damage reported. Initially, we started to assist the customer with meditation. The assigned carrier did not comply with our attempts to discuss the matter. At that point we started a cargo insurance claim with the carrier’s insurance on behalf of the customer and the customer was provided the claim information. Even after the insurance claim was started the customer contacted us with concerns with the insurance. Montway assisted the customer with providing the steps and information for filing a formal complaint against the insurance company. As well as suggesting some steps for moving forward with the damage reported. However, despite our attempts to assist the customer, he has replied with online threats against Montway. We are still ready and willing to help the customer proceed in regards to the reported damage.
