This was a VERY easy process. Just called up...gave pick up and drop off addresses and the date I wanted (about 10 days out). Got the email confirmations as expected. They also were easy and were able to contact different people for the pick up and delivery. Even though a range for pick up was given, they picked it up on the preferred day and delivered the SAME DAY. This was a northern CA to southern CA drop off...so it was a bit of a trek. I expected a 1-2 day timeline for delivery. AWESOME. The car was in good shape. Would DEFINITELY use them again.
