This was my 4th time shipping the same car with Montway (Cleveland to Seattle, Seattle to Chicago, Chicago to Seattle, and now Seattle to Miami) and I've always been a happy customer. My assigned driver (Alex from A&T Transportation) was pleasant and professional, even when I accidentally called him while he was asleep between driving sessions. Some of his time estimates slipped by a few hours due to delays caused by other customers on the same load, but he always called ahead with new time estimates. I opted to use the credit card payment option this time and it was super convenient. I'm just not comfortable carrying large sums of cash, and it's nice when I don't have to remember to bring anything when meeting the driver.
