I had a great experience working with Montway to transport my car. I had a special request to ship as much personal items as possible in my vehicle and Montway was the only company that allowed it for an additional fee as long as it was below the windows and not in the front seats. They did make known that they are not responsible for theft of my personal items, and I chose to pay a small additional fee to request my car be placed on the top rack.

The hardest part was having to wait until a couple days before my requested pick-up date to get a confirmed pick-up date and time so I could book my flights. It ended up working out really well and they picked up just 1 day after my request and dropped off 6 days later with no damage or stolen items. There was only one small damage to my steering wheel, so I would recommend getting a steering wheel cover and maybe seat covers.

Wow Jessica! What a great review! Thank you so much for that! We are glad we could accommodate your needs. It usually depends on the carriers in regards to personal items being in the vehicle. A lot of people do not understand that we do ask you do not ship in the vehicle not just because we are afraid your items will not be taken care of, but also for safety issues. Carriers also pay hefty fines when they are overweight.
