We appreciate your time to share your experience with Montway. We are unhappy to learn you were not satisfied with our services. We welcome any recommendations that help to improve the quality of our services for our customers. Montway does have a cancellation policy that can be found on our website terms & conditions. It does appear the vehicle was dispatched a few times and despite our policy, the customer was compensated. We certainly apologize for the inconveniences that you experienced.
