NEVER Use This Company !!!!!!
HORRIBLE customer service. These people will leave you high and dry and laugh about it. Totally unprofessional. I bought a car in Florida and I used this company to ship my car from Florida to New York. They charged me $750. My mistake for trusting them. They gave me times/dates when I would receive a call to confirm only to be put off repeatedly and then asked for more money. I payed them just to receive my car on time, when they went to pick it up the person who sold the car to me, he called me and asked if I trusted this company. I called the manager of this company and I asked her if I should trust these drivers, she said that everything way okay and it was supposed to be a certain way and I wasn't gonna have any problems. After that I said okay and when they started to load the car onto the truck, it almost fell off from the truck. The person who sold the car to me even showed me a video of this happening. I didn't say anything about that because I know that everything can't be perfect. The company said that the car would come for 2-3 days after the pickup. After that I received a call from the driver and he said he was going to be in New York in the morning. In the morning I received a text saying that he just woke up and that he was gonna be there in the afternoon. After a couple hours I received another message saying the truck was having difficulty in Virginia. They postponed the delivery. When I asked the company why they sent me that kind of driver and that I had a problem and they should be the ones to solve it. But they said that they couldn't do anything before 5-6 days. After that I called again and spoke with the manager and asked where was my car and they told me it was in New Jersey but they couldn't bring it because of a transportation law which a regular person wouldn't understand. They screwed up my family plan and I had to take a airplane to go to pickup my car. They lure you in and fail to deliver in every way. In my entire life I have never been so disgusted with such a scumbag industry. So I had a very bad experience with this company. This is the first review of any kind I have ever taken the time to write...thats how much I want to save others from having to deal with them. I booked a flight and will go pick up the vehicle myself. Stay away and don't believe a word they say!

Esmir, we are truly sorry to learn of your transport experience. It does appear that your order was booked through USHIP, which is an online marketplace for shipping services. Montway dates are estimated and not guaranteed and we do ask for a 1-5business days after the first available date to find a carrier. We are transparent with these terms as they are on our uship profile, our website, as well as in all written communication thereafter. There are many reasons delays can occur during transport- Traffic delays/detours/speed limits, weather delays, mandatory rest stops, weight station check-ups, police inspections, truck breakdowns, driver's health issues, etc. Thus the provided estimated dates could vary. We understand that this could be causing inconvenience to you and we sincerely apologize, as we try to make sure the transit is as smooth as possible. We would also like the opportunity to explain that Montway did not raise the price for you, however, the carrier dispatched requested the additional fees as they had priced the available spot on their trailer higher than expected. That was only an optional offer, and if you did not want to go with this carrier, we would decline their request and continue working on assigning a carrier for the original price we received when payment was made to USHIP. We always want to make the customer aware of all available options and it is the customer's choice to proceed with the final schedule. We do apologize for the inconvenience, and if you felt that Montway raised the price. In reality, the carrier collected the additional fees towards their carrier pay. We hope this explanation makes it easier to understand how the auto transport industry works and to give you an example that as a broker we are fully dedicated to our customer and ensuring the customer gets the best service possible.
